Refund policy

At Wall Crafted Studio, we want you to love the piece hanging on your wall. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

We offer a refund or replacement if your order:

• Arrives incorrect
• Arrives damaged or defective

Since every piece is made specifically for your order, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds for a change of heart. But if your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@wallcraftedstudio.com with your order number and a quick note about what happened. Photos may be requested if your item arrived damaged or defective.
